These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3jla platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support features. By registering an account or using any part of the 3jla platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing or using the 3jla platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3jla. If you are registering or using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and "you" includes both the registrant and that person.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3jla reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification, and may result in permanent account closure.
To access real-money gaming on 3jla, you must register a personal account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information as requested. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is accurate, current, and complete. You must notify 3jla promptly of any changes to your registered information, particularly your mobile number. 3jla is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 3jla is required to verify your identity in accordance with its compliance obligations. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (any of the following are accepted: passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID). Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at 3jla's discretion.
KYC verification is a regulatory requirement, not a commercial preference. Accounts that fail to complete KYC will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period, but no withdrawal will be processed until KYC is cleared.
If 3jla determines that a Member holds more than one account — including accounts held under different names or payment credentials — all duplicate accounts and any balances therein may be closed and forfeited without notice. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts are void.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jla login credentials — including your mobile number, password, and any SMS OTP codes. You must:
3jla will never ask for your password through any channel — live chat, SMS, email, or phone. Any communication purportedly from 3jla requesting your password is fraudulent. Report such attempts to support immediately.
3jla is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, provided that 3jla's own systems have not been compromised. All activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until 3jla is formally notified of a security incident.
3jla currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (via payment reference), and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 3jla's discretion; the current list is always displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 3jla wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. USDT deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times on the TRC20 network.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may be imposed based on your verification status and payment method. These limits are displayed in the Wallet section.
All deposits are accepted and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank deposits. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt, as determined by 3jla.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from GCash accounts, bank accounts, or other payment instruments not registered in your name — are prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be frozen and returned to the source, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are only available to Members who have completed KYC verification. A withdrawal request will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. You must be at least 21 years old, and your account must be in good standing — not under investigation, suspended, or subject to any active restriction.
3jla targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain processing times. These are target processing windows, not guarantees; delays may occur during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 3jla will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Withdrawal to a different method requires additional verification and approval from the 3jla compliance team.
The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is PHP 200. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to your account tier and verification level, as displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits not associated with any Bonus are not subject to Wagering Requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC and account standing.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 3jla are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
To claim a bonus, you must satisfy all stated eligibility criteria at the time of the claim, including minimum deposit amounts, the use of a qualifying payment method, and any registration requirements. Bonuses may be claimed only once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each bonus offer. Different game types contribute differently to Wagering Requirement completion — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
3jla reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; using wagering patterns designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine game engagement; employing automated wagering tools; or acting in collusion with other Members.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire as specified in each promotion. 3jla is not obligated to provide notice before a bonus expires. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games on the 3jla platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game round is determined by the certified RNG of the respective game provider, and is not subject to manipulation by 3jla or any other party.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages based on millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP information is provided for informational purposes only.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a live game round, 3jla's decision on the treatment of affected wagers is final. Where a malfunction renders a game result void, stakes will be returned to the Member's wallet. Malfunctions void all pays and plays unless the game provider's own rules state otherwise.

3jla reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's security or integrity.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting 3jla support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any pending Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Where a Member's account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage gaming, or prohibited conduct — any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. 3jla will retain records as required by applicable regulations and may report conduct to the relevant authorities.
All content on the 3jla platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 3jla or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express written consent of 3jla.
Game content is owned by the respective game studios (JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, Habanero, Nextspin, etc.) and is licensed to 3jla for use on the platform. Unauthorized reproduction of game assets is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights and these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3jla's total cumulative liability to any Member for any cause of action arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session content — arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.
3jla processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 3jla platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3jla will share your information with regulatory authorities — including PAGCOR — where required by law. Information shared with payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 3jla platform, you agree to first contact 3jla support to seek an amicable resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through support within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with jurisdiction being the courts of Metro Manila.
3jla's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding where made in accordance with these Terms. These decisions are not subject to challenge through a chargeback or payment dispute mechanism; any such disputes must be directed to 3jla support in the first instance.
3jla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — 3jla will provide notice via the platform, by SMS to your registered mobile number, or by a notice displayed at login, with a minimum of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change substantive obligations) may take effect immediately without advance notice.
Your continued use of the 3jla platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 12.2.
