256-Bit SSL Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and the 3jla platform is encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS — the same standard used by Philippine banking apps. This includes login, deposits via GCash and Maya, and support communications.

SMS OTP Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP adds a second layer of security to your 3jla account login. Even if your password is compromised, an attacker cannot access your account without your registered SIM card.

Encrypted Password Storage

Your 3jla account password is never stored in plaintext. It is processed through a one-way cryptographic hash — meaning even 3jla staff cannot retrieve your original password, only reset it with your mobile OTP.

Role-Based Access Controls

Internal access to Member personal data is restricted to authorised staff with a genuine business need. Access is logged, audited, and reviewed regularly. No staff member has unrestricted access to the full Member database.

Fraud Detection Monitoring

Automated systems monitor account login events, transaction patterns, and gaming activity in real time for signs of fraud, account takeover, or prohibited conduct. Suspicious activity triggers an immediate security review.

PAGCOR & NPC Compliance

3jla's data practices are designed to comply with PAGCOR-regulated requirements and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), supervised by the National Privacy Commission. A designated Data Protection Officer oversees compliance.
